How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 7–10 days. We work directly with a farmer and factory in Sri Lanka, so your softgels are made from the freshest possible Ceylon cinnamon. This can mean a slightly longer shipping time, but it's what allows us to guarantee the quality.
I haven't received a tracking number. What now?
Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Please check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing after a few days? Send us a message with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while. Is that normal?
Yes, international packages often go a few days without a new scan, especially while in transit between countries or clearing customs. If there's no update for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll check with the carrier.
When does my subscription refill ship?
Subscription refills ship automatically every 30 days. You'll receive a new tracking number by email for every shipment, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
